Marks, Filter options , Legends and Data Analytics pane .
6. How you can join tables in Tableau.
What are different types of joins in Tableau.
* There are four types of joins in Tableau ,Inner, Left, Right & Full Outer join.
* Inner Join :Inner join returns only records that match in both the right & left
tables, if the primary key Exists in both the tables. Tableau recommends that you
use the canvas area on Data Source Page to create Inner Joins. Unless you
have the query pre-built.
* Left Join : Left join In Tableau returns all the records from Left table and matching
records from right table.
* Right Join : Right join In Tableau returns all the records from Right table and
matching records from left table.
* Full Outer Join : Full outer Join in Tableau combines and returns all the values

7. What in data blending ?
Blending is one of the very powerful features of Tableau. Sometimes we need to connect data from different data sources to analyse in a single visualization. In such case Tableau blending allows us to connect related data from multiple data sources .
For Example , Consider Revenue data is stored in Excel spreadsheets and Sales data in stored in Text files.
8. What is Dual Axis?
* As the name suggests ,there are two Axes in a single visualization. In below
screenshot you can see second axis at the right side of the visualization.
* Dual axis is useful when there is a need to analyse two measures together with
the different scales.
* To add measure as a dual axis, just right click the measure on Rows or Column
shelf & select Dual Axis.
9. What is Blended Axis ?
* Blended axis is mainly used when more than two measures are to be used in
a graph into a single axis.
* In blended axis all measures should have same scale.
* To Blend multiple measures , drag & drop one measure into an existing axis .
Instead of adding rows or columns to the view, when you blend measures there is
a single row or column & all the values for each measure shown as one
continuous axis.
* For example, In below screenshot all four measures as Total Cases, Active
Cases, Total Recovered, Total Deaths are shown along the single axis using
blended axis feature.
10. What is Live Connections and Extract
in Tableau ?
* Live Connections as name suggest connects to the live data .it helps while working
with real time data,as soon as data is updated in original data source it is
reflected back in Tableau. Example of this is Stock market data which is
continuously changing at any moment.
* Extract on other hand connects to the snapshot of the previous data. As it is the
snapshot of the data ,the extract needs to be refreshed to receive the updated
data.
